เงื่อนไขต้องทำเมื่อได้รับ ส.ป.ก. 4-01

When farmers are granted the right to use the land, Sor Por Kor 4-01 must comply with the regulations of Sor Por Kor using only agricultural land. Do not sell or rent. Can dig a well for up to 5% of the area and do not remove the soil from the plot. Must maintain the main pins in the area. Do not change the land conditions until it is not suitable for agriculture. Can build houses or buildings as appropriate. Must not cause damage to other farmers and must agree to enter into contracts. Including strictly complying with the conditions that have been made with Sor Por Kor.
