"สำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม(ส.ป.ก.)จัดทำกราฟิกแจงขั้นตอน การจัดที่ดิน ตาม พรบ. ของ ส.ป.ก. มีรายละเอียด ตั้งแต่ ส.ป.ก. จังหวัด
ออกประกาศให้เกษตรกรที่ไม่มีที่ดินทำกินยื่นคำร้องขอใช้ประโยชน์ การจัดทำบัญชีคัดเลือกเกษตรกรเพื่อให้ปฏิรูปที่ดินจังหวัดพิจารณา การกำหนดคุณสมบัติของเกษตรกร ไปจนถึงเกษตรกรได้รับหนังสืออนุญาตใช้ประโยชน์จากที่ดิน(ส.ป.ก. 4-01) ขนาดการถือครองที่ดินไม่เกิน 50 ไร่ต่อครอบครัว กรณีเลี้ยงสัตว์ใหญ่ไม่เกิน100ไร่ต่อครอบครัว"
