It can be accessed via http://kumrong.alro.go.th/ or by pressing the Apply Online button from the Sor Por Kor Provincial website.
Usage
1. Click on the message "" Sor Por Kor Online Application System ""
2. Select the application form you want.
3. Select the province where you want to complete the information.
4. Press apply to file an application. "
